Overall this was a great experience for me.

This was my first experience trying on wedding dresses so I had no idea what I wanted or what to expect. The consultant Kim I had was great!!! She took the time to explain every style and shape of the dress in the store. She spent so much time helping me narrow down a few that I liked. She was very calm and I didn’t feel any pressure from her to buy anything on the spot. Overall this was a great experience for me. They also have a huge selection of wedding and bridal gowns in the store which are very well priced so that was helpful too!

I cannot thank the staff here enough for such a great experience! Fernanda went over and beyond her duties with helping me find a dress. She took time to learn about me and my exact style. She did not overwhelm me with dresses in fitting room and helped me try each one on (huge help). Huge selection and very reasonably priced. This was my 3rd store and thankfully final!

Went for bridesmaids dresses. Have had other experiences where the sales people are on top of you and just looking for a sale. But this place was so great, there for us but not to pushy and gave us time when we needed it. They had a lot of options and we did end up getting our dresses from here. Would recommend to others.

Having someone that speaks my language was another plus that’s made the whole process much easier. The salon itself was beautiful and I was fortunate enough to have the owner, Joyce, giving me her undivided attention. I think she would’ve let me try on every dress in there! This establishment and these woman are amazing! They are so accommodating, helpful and sweet! Although not purchasing from their store (due to brides wishes as she lives out of state and desires everyone in the bridal party to order from her hometown shop) I was treated so kindly. I just wanted to try on styles and sizes so I could feel comfortable placing an online order, and they were extremely understanding of this (when other local shops I called were not!!) I was told to try on any and all dresses I desired and just ask if I needed any help. They gave me my space to try on as I pleased but kept checking in on me to make sure I didn’t need any further assistance. I highly recommend this place to any bride-to-be or anyone in a bridal party! Thank you ladies!! You just made my life so much easier and I am now extremely calm ordering my bridesmaid gown and it’s all thanks to you!

I had a great experience this morning at Precious Memories. I’m going to be a bridesmaid in wedding out of state and needed to try on a few styles of dresses. Marize was very helpful and attentive while I was there. She promptly pulled the styles I needed to try and helped me get the best fit possible in the sample sizes. I did not feel rushed or pressured. Definitely would recommend this shop for future bridal needs!

I found “the dress” here! I worked with Joyce, who was wonderful. I described what I thought I wanted and she pulled a selection for me. The dress I ended up buying was probably not something I would have picked on my own, so all the credit to Joyce! She was decisive for me when I couldn’t make decisions and suggested accessories that really turned the dress from “beautiful” to “wow”.

I didn’t end up getting my dress here, but I still feel the need to write a review because of how wonderful my experience was. It was my first time dress shopping, and Marize was so kind and helped me feel confident and beautiful the whole time. She had a perfect mix of letting me and my family pick out dresses we liked while also helping guide us to either new dresses we hadn’t considered, or helping us figure out what order to try on. I was certainly nervous and overwhelmed and she made me feel so wonderful. They had one of the largest selections of dresses of the stores I went to, and the dresses were very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this store!

Excellent wedding dress shopping experience! I came across Precious Memories on the Pronovias store directory because I was looking to try on one specific dress. I called them, they had the dress (that even the new Pronovias store in Boston didn’t have), and they put it aside for me for our appointment. When I arrived with multiple other dresses I had identified on their website to try, Kim was completely receptive to my desire to try on a bunch of dresses and tirelessly brought one after the next. She was helpful, accessible, and didn’t rush me at all. I would highly recommend this store to other brides in the Boston area!

Beautiful dresses and amazing customer services I can’t say enough good things about Precious Memories! The staff are so nice, very accommodating, patient, and genuinely care about helping you find your dream dress. They helped me find my dress, which I love so much and is not anything I would have normally tried. To boot, my mother went back and found her dress through them, too. Lots of great options for Mother of the Bride. My now-husband got his tux and the groomsmen all got their tuxes through Precious Memories. Great styles. They helped us figure out some logistics and were really flexible about meeting us at certain times, etc. Awesome team and awesome clothing options. Highly recommend!!
